Hydroaid core courseFrom 2002 to 2009 the Training Program on Planning and Management of Water Resources represented the institutional training activity of Hydroaid and was held every year through a scholarship grant for technicians and managers of public water utilities and institutions from developing and emerging countries.
The course took place at the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ITC-ILO) in Turin.
The course consisted in three specializations of theoretical study and field training:
