TRANSPARENT ADMINISTRATION
Legislative Decree 14/03/2013, n. 33 "Reorganization of the regulations concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information", published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic 5 April 2013, n. 80 and effective from 20 April 2013, intends to make information regarding the organization and activities of public administrations accessible, with the aim of encouraging widespread forms of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources. Hydroaid, acknowledging and sharing objectives and purposes of Legislative Decree 14/03/2013, n. 33, discloses the following documents relating to their administration.
