The Board of Directors, according the statute, manages the activities of Hydroaid and monitors the achievements and results.
The current Board of Directors is chaired by Mercedes Bresso, President of Hydroaid. According to the Statute, the Board of Directors consists of five members, including the President, appointed by the General Assembly of Members.
The Directors serve for three years, specifically until the approval of the financial statements for the final year of their term, and may be reappointed.
The Vice President is appointed by the Assembly from among the members of the Board of Directors through a secret ballot with a two-thirds majority and serves for the same term as the Board of Directors, with the possibility of reappointment, in accordance with the nomination procedures.
The Vice President of the current Board of Directors is Armando Quazzo.
