Territorial Governance
This module introduces the fundamental principles, the key elements, as well as the challenges of local and territorial administration. Beyond presenting the key concepts (governance, good governance, decentralization and local development) the course offers perspectives about public policies and governance in Senegal and West Africa, with a focus on stakeholders, mechanisms and programmes. It is divided in 4 units:

Governance of Water Integrated Service
The issue of governance in the field of water is takled within the framework of both deconcentration and decentralization processes, with a focus on the participation of actors in procedures and mechanisms of governance and with a careful and critical eye towards the categories offered by donors and international cooperation in the sector. The module refers to manuals and documents produced in the last 15 years by various actors and institutions, to practices and tools for analysis and planning, with experiences and cases of national and local governance. It is divided in 4 units:

Economic Regulation of Water Services
This module consists in a detailed overview of the economic regulation of the integrated water cycle. The goal is to provide participants with principles and tools for financial sustainability and efficient management of water services in urban contexts. The course is divided into 4 units:

Climate Change and Water Rights
This module aims to provide elements of assessment on the mechanisms of climate change and their impact on water resources, to guide policies and management approaches.
Because water rights and water-related opportunities are dependent on the quality of the surrounding environment, the training provides possible alternatives for the optimization and adaptation of water management with regard to environmental and climate alterations. The course also analyzes the international legal regimes that regulate climate change and the right to water. As a result, participants are expected to acquire knowledge on policy framework and best practices that can be replicated in their contexts of origin. It is divided into 4 units:
