Urban Waste Recycling
This module provides an overview of  regulations and the application of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools, complemented by the key elements relating to the design of urban waste collection systems and operational tools for the recycling of solid waste, as well as the possible applications of secondary raw materials. The module is divided into 6 units:

1. General aspects, international standards and agreements
2. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
3. Waste collection systems
4. The management of the recyclable wastes
5. Material recovery facilities
6. Secondary raw materials employment
