Mission

Hydroaid contributes to strengthening effective, integrated and sustainable systems in the field of water resources management in developing and emerging countries, through the organization of training and capacity building activities in geographical areas characterized by severe environmental and climate vulnerabilities.
Hydroaid strives to support policies for the sustainable management of water resources, to preserve healthy environmental conditions and to improve the life quality standards as well as the dignity of human beings, fosteriong social solidarity mechanisms for the safeguard of the right to access safe drinking water.
In close collaboration with training centers, universities, public institutions and private companies Hydroaid encourages awareness raising and education on the crucial problems of water management as well as on issues related to the impacts of climate change on water resources with the aim of spreading a water culture among young generations.
